We provide complete metal processing under one roof — from laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and machining through to surface preparation, powder coating and certified ISO 9001:2015 quality control.

Laser Cutting

We cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet on a 6 kW Bystronic fiber laser, ensuring exceptional accuracy, cutting speed and edge quality. Tubes and closed profiles up to 6 metres in length are cut on a 3D laser — guaranteeing precision even in high-volume runs of complex parts.

CNC Press Brake Bending

Sheet metal bending of varying thicknesses and complex geometries on CNC-controlled AMADA press brakes. Fast part programming and advanced beam crowning compensation guarantee perfect accuracy even in long production runs.

Manual and Robotic Welding

Manual welding leverages the deep expertise of our certified welders performing MIG, TIG and laser weld joints. For repeatable production runs we operate automated YASKAWA welding robots.

Hardware Insertion

We provide comprehensive fastener installation and precision thread tapping. Our processes ensure durable joints, repeatability and a high-quality finish — for machinery, automotive and construction industries.

CNC Turning

Precision CNC turning — from small workpieces Ø 8–32 mm through to production diameters. Twin-spindle GILDEMEISTER machines and a Japanese Tsugami lathe handle steel, aluminium, brass and plastics with tolerances down to 20 µm — for prototypes and long production runs alike.

CNC Milling

3-, 4- and 5-axis milling for parts with complex geometries — from small precision components to large workpieces up to 2 m. Brother SPEEDIO and DN Solutions centres deliver high throughput in series production, while the CINCINNATI SABRE 2000 handles large-format parts in a single setup.

Surface Preparation

Proper surface preparation is the foundation of any durable coating. We offer professional grinding, washing and masking that eliminate contaminants, deburr edges and condition the material for subsequent process steps.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is one of our core competencies, developed over many years. We operate an extensive facility: 5 independent Gema application booths and 4 curing ovens of various sizes. We handle parts from small components up to structures 8 metres in length.

Quality is not a slogan — it is the foundation of everything we do. We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification and invest in advanced metrology. Our lab is equipped with CMM coordinate measuring machines, a surface profilometer and a height gauge for objective verification of every part.
